I have purchased bedroom furniture for my children, a dining room table and a mattress at Unclaimed Freight. I think the prices are reasonable, the service is always friendly and knowledgeable and friendly and they deliver when they say they will.
Haslet location is amazing. Keith was extremely helpful and knew so much about every piece in that warehouse. My husband and i are new to the area and moving into a new house and we have zero furniture. We will definitely be returning as we purchase more pieces in the near future.
I have bought bedroom furniture, living room furniture, mattresses and Adirondack chairs. Not only was the entire staff at this location helpful, but the owner even took the time to help with my furniture selection. If you are looking for good quality and value, I would recommend that you stop by this store.
Have shopped at the Haslet location many times. My salesman Jeremy has always been very knowledgeable on the furniture and takes that time to understand my needs and help with the buying process. All the pieces I have ever bought from there were good quality and the only time I had an issue, Jeremy was quick to replace. I would and have recommended this to family and friends!!!
Also, they have a layaway program. I have not used it but the guys there will be able to tell you about it if you need it. Good payment option in my opinion.
Our go to salesperson there is Jeremy. He knows a lot about the furniture and the business in general and is always ready to answer any questions we may have.
Great salesman because they want to sell you but very poor customer service. There are too many different department that handles your order. The warehouse manager was not very helpful solving the issue. Their movers caused damages on the couches in the process delivering and did some damages on my house such my plants, door frame front door, etc. After waited another several days to get the replacement then they delivered the same couches I had returned to be replaced. When I called the warehouse manager he said it was new but it is actually the same couches and the only difference was they painted the damages. Also another reason that I know it was the same couches because I put a marking on the tags that only I can know about. Just to think they trying to pull a fast one on me. After several attempts delivering but finally got my couches but not a satisfied customer and I wasn't compensated for all the things they put me through. I would not recommend this place and I will never buy anything from this place.
