Owners have cameras and watch your every single move. I wouldn't stay again.
This is a nice RV park with both 30 and 50 amp sites. There is a dog walking area, free laundry and free WiFi. Rates are comparable for the area. The park is 3/4 mile of US 287 on a paved road. A large Wal-Mart Supercenter is just 4 miles away.
If safety is priority you may find none better. The Wi-Fi is not great actually spotty at best. Friendly owners and people, we enjoyed our stay.
The rudest people ever! They say they dont micro manage, but they do! Your kids arent allowed to play outside, threats of taking your stuff if you dont keep it cleaned to their standards, WiFi is all but non existent, half the washers and dryers suck, they patrol constantly making you feel like you're being watched harassingly, "large lots" are the smallest lots we've ever been in, owner doesn't even follow his own rules! Oh, and when you arrive, hope you're not too tired from traveling because you'll spend a minimum of 1 hour in the office going over their rules and regulations and very lengthy lease with a thousand rules. And with the 9 o'clock quiet time, dont even dare be outside enjoying company, and surely dont laugh too loud (he literally drove over one night, shined his lights at us, and told us we were laughing too loud
Wifi is new and improved over the older ones. Grounds are well maintained.
Laundry room is good clean well maintained.
Nice enough owners. Only stayed on night however they do micromanage you. Our children came out of our camper, before we could even get to the door to come out behind them, the owner was texting me telling me my kids couldn't be outside unsupervised. Kids can not play in the front yard area without an adult. Dog walk area-not fenced- had standing liquid that was clearly not water (some blue and green colors mixed in), and had a slimy look to it. Wouldn't recommend letting your pets lick any part of the ground and wash their feet after being in the area. Oh, I was also text to clean up after my pet before I even got to the dog area.
